Anvil Seated Bent Presses 55lb

After the Supersets, l did a bit of Seated Bent Presses with a 55lb anvil. Focus was on getting fully turned around before leaning away from the weight. The right Serratus Posterior Inferior is improving, but ain't quite there yet! Hope you're having a great week! God Bless!
