Dark moonless night
Damp coldness fills the air
An alley leading to a row of houses
deathly silence all around
except the footsteps of a man
which echo all the way
He walks stumbling his way past a deserted house
suddenly he stops and stares at the house
memories rush past him
Tears trickling down his face
his happy family he had lost in the riots
he had tried to save them getting
only immortal wounds on his body
He shot a glance at them before he fell
on the ground
they lay there peaceful as ever
helpless he closed his eyes
now looking back with those tear filled eyes
the wounds had no effect on him
though blood oozes out of his body
he shot a glance again as he went
back to his mound on the ground
he lay sleeping there forever!
