Anthropic is in discussions for a new funding round that could value it at $800B, up from $350B in February, approaching OpenAI's $850B valuation. Anthropic's annualized revenue hit $30B in April, up from $9B at end of 2025, surpassing OpenAI's ~$24B run rate. Over 1,000 companies now spend $1M+ annually on its products, with 80% of revenue from enterprise clients. A potential IPO is being considered for later this year.
