Here is a whore, a snide ruthless whore.

She takes me into ecstasy then dumps me

in a river of piss

My pearls and gold have been stripped.

For this price another sunrise creeps upwards to become

a blinding sky,

inducing reclusive thoughts. Hide me from the questions of

my over indulgent liquid abuse.



Legs sprawled on the couch as the sun sinks,

heavy eyelids awaiting departure from this glassy world,

denial of the whore for five more days.

Mental strain, no mercy on a floor stained with piss.

Escape is in the thirst of insecure lips.
