Another man found dead in Cubao

MANILA – Another suspected victim of summary execution was found in Cubao, Quezon City Wednesday evening. The victim's body bore stab wounds. He was found stuffed inside a garbage bag at a flyover in Barangay Immaculate Concepcion. Police said the area had been a dumping ground for murder victims because of the lack of proper lighting and surveillance cameras.
