Another e-mail claims responsibility for Delhi blasts

A third email claiming responsibility for the Delhi High Court blast has emerged with an ominous warning. In it, the writer says the next target for his terror group is Ahmedabad. The government has now put all states on alert. A third sketch of the blast suspect to be released soon claims NIA.
