Anonymous Person - Who We Are

I am Me
and you are You.
She is Her
and he is Him.
We are Us
and they are Them.

You want me
to be like you,
and they want us
to be like them,
but I just want
to be me.

I've lost myself in labels,
and drowned in expectations-
all I ever wanted
was to simply be
me.
