Anonymous JTW - Victory

Crowds cheering
Constant applause.
Their everlasting chanting fills my heart with power.
Defeat.
Their defeat, overwhelms me with joy,
Defeat in which gives me a rush.
The everlasting rush,
Drives me to be better.
Not only better, but the best.
Being victorious, must be the outcome.
Victory.

Wanting to succeed,
Proving to be better.
Heart pounding, feet stomping.
I stop mid-sentence.
The thought of competing lingers.
I want to win.
Victory.

Competing is my life,
There shall be no downfall.
If competing is my life,
Why shall I let it die?
Succeeding,
Leaving only the remains of
Victory.
