I have all this passion
and anger
and depression

building up inside of me
like molten lava

I don't know what
to do with it

so I write
and write
and write

but it isn't always enough
it's almost never enough

and now I'm exploding
the molten lava
is pouring over the rim
of the volcano

and nobody knows
what to do with me

so here I am
alone in my room
sweating under my down comforter
with the lights turned out

with heavy metal tears
rolling down my cheeks
and rock music hurting my ears
and these words meaning more than anything to me
