Anne Jones - Cutting to Release

Alone in my room
Feeling every emotion possible
Not knowing what to do
The emotional pain keeps building
I find the scissors and i slowly slide it across my skin
I feel the hurt start to release
I slide it again wanting to go deeper
As I slice my skin over and over the overwhelming feelings start to disappear
I take a deep breath and I can begin to relax
Feeling better I can now enter a better place
It is off to dreams of wonderful things
