Anna Hridaya - Energy Intensive Killing

In warm climes
one can from a tree
pluck an avocado
of the color lime

but a hunter must purchase a gun,
bullets, camping gear, knives,
spend gas money, perhaps
build from killed trees a tree stand,
spend gas, stalk an animal or
bird in the woods.. and then
skin his murdered body or
pluck out her feathers...
before using more fuel
to bake his or her flesh.
