Anna Colb - Alone

Alone I sit in an empty room
Just listening to the pitter-patter of the rain
While tears are streaming down my face
I say:
'What did I do to feel this pain? '
'What did I do to feel this hate? '
But then I realize that I'm alone,
In an empty room
With just my shadow to talk to.
Alone is what I am
Alone is where I am
Just listening to the pitter-patter of the rain
While tears are streaming down my face,
And the pain burning inside me
I cry out:

'HELP ME SOMEONE! ', 'DONT LEAVE ME HERE! '

But then I know that I'm alone.
