Ann Thrope - Whore

Once there was a little girl,
who lost her virginity,
who felt like a whore.
Every night she cried in shame,
cutting herself,
trying to forget his name.
Years passed,
she built a wall,
pushed everyone away,
trying to lose them all.
Today's the day,
an anniversary of sorts.
and she remembers the day
he tore away her shorts.
She cried, he gagged her.
She screamed, he slapped her.
She bled, he laughed at her.
She fell still, he finished his kill.
Today's the day,
she'll hide in fear,
it's been three years,
what'll happen this year?
