I can't handle your tears
They make me feel helpless
The drops sliding down your cheeks
Make me feel like I'm nothing

Your wet face
against my neck
makes me shiver
cuz you're in pain

I don't know what to do
when you whimper in pain
All I do is hold you
to make the world go away

Your curled up in my arms
and I stroked your hair
Your hands like ice
gripped mine tightly

I tried to help you
through this dark time
But I don't know
If it did any good
