Could I have overcome this fright
Has fear been lifted from this night
Somehow I feel it's still there
Somewhere lerking in the air
Like a monster hidden well
I feel as if I am in hell
Loves is what I hold so dear,
and is presently my greatest fear
Shall I ever love again
I'll never know until the end
