Andrew Jones - Is All Really Fair?

650 miles ago, I left to find you
60 hours brought 18 in a car
12 in a bed, asleep for 2
now I wonder why I went so far
to lose exactly what I came to see
you see me crying and can't say a thing
you told me you never wanted to hurt me
but even now I can still feel the sting

you said goodbye
you shut the door
you made me cry
like never before
now I sigh
and hit the floor
I keep asking why
you made my heart sore
morning is nigh
waking seems like a chore
I want to fly
where I won't hurt anymore
was all this a lie?
then what was it for?
I stare at the sky
wondering if all is really fair, in love and war
