Anchorman goes down under

Will Ferrell and the cast of "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" greet fans in Sydney.

Walking down a burgundy carpet in honor of the film's main character Ron Burgundy, the sequel reunites Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, and Christina Applegate as a news team trying to adapt to a 24 hour news channel.

Speaking about his fellow cast, Rudd says he had trouble seeing the real people behind the film's characters.

"I actually identify them with their characters in the same way, I think, everybody who watches the movie does now, too."

The film breaks into theaters on December 20 and features cameos by a raft of celebrities including Liam Neeson, Nicole Kidman and Kanye West.
