' ANC donation was legitimate'

Former ANC KZN Treasurer Mike Mabuyakhulu says he’s been a victim of character assassination. He's testified before the State Capture Commission. That's after he stepped aside as the party's provincial deputy chair in line with the ANC resolution. The former MEC was charged after he allegedly got the bribe from organisers of the North Sea Jazz Festival, which never took place in 2012.
