I keep looking for something, that I am yet to find.

You'll guess its Love?

But no its not Love,
for I have glimpsed it often enough to know that it is blind.

You'll guess is it Lust?

But no its not Lust,
for I have encountered it many times and not let it bind.

You'll guess its Power?

But no its not Power,
for I have met it and know it doesn't strengthen but weakens the mind.

You'll guess is it Fame?

But no its not Fame,
for I know I want to be obscure enough for self to be sublime.

I'll tell you what I am looking for, and what I never seem to find...

I am looking for an extension of myself in this mad, lunatic world.
Its me in you that I want to find.
