Anabel Anguiano - pouring rain

Under the pouring rain
hidding my tears
I saw you leaving me
careless of my fears

I was afraid of being alone
and I told you so!
but you didn't care
and left anyways.

My eyes were blinded by pain
I cried and cursed you
but it was all in vain
I was such a fool
to think you'll come back,
to wait for you everyday.
but now I know
I must be strong
and to keep on walking away
from the pouring rain.
