The perfectly timed video shows a man running with his dog on September 21, 2024, in Tunbridge, Kent, when he tries to slow down.
The dog - a Labradoodle called Trudy - carries on running leaving the man to lose his balance and fall backwards.
Luckily there were no serious injuries but the man said he had some "battle bruises".
