you smile at me
you can tell it is fake
i smile back
you just give me a shake

no hug no kiss
no saying 'i was thinking of you'
just smile at me
and i said i love you

he said 'yeh me too'
i look down
he looks at me
with a big frown

he asks me 'whats wrong? '
i smile and say 'nothing'
he like 'ok whatever'
and say something

i walk behind him
he dosent hold my hand
i see a couple
huggin kissin hand in hand

a tear down my face
but he dosent notice
as i wipe it off
i see a pond and a lotus

i see how alone it is
just like me
i try to grab it
but its too far from me

someone comes from behind me
gives a helping hand
i know its the hand of my lover
smiling at me looking glad

and then he says 'baby'
'it isnt working out'
i felt like killing my self
or have a great big shout

i look at him
with his fake smiles
but i knew
then i look at the time on the parks sun dial

i run away
run to my apartment
lock my doors
sat down in a corner on the carpet

i scream and i shout
but no one here to comfort me
i cry and cry
my tears so bloody..........
