A²h meter.

Ex utility P.G.E.M. in Arnhem, The Netherlands
The meter was used with Current transformers 1200 / 1 Amp ratio.
I have no idea for what purpose an ampère squared hour meter was used for.
In DC battery banks Amp hour meters are used.
Google doesn't give not too much info here either.
In case someone knows please advise.
