American family faced a Ghost

These confusing images were captured by an outdoor camera mounted
on a Carter family home in Henderson, Kentucky, USA.
The camera captured a man appearing out of nowhere on their street and then
disappearing into the air. Pamela Carter stated that this was the second time a
mysterious figure was seen. Some of the neighbors also faced this phenomenon.
