Problem: The metal blades of these Gevi Household Countertop Nugget Ice Makers, model number GIMN-1102 and a date code of before June 1, 2022, tend to break into small pieces which fall into the ice basket and create risks of lacerations.
Sold: About 8800 ice makers were sold exclusively online by amazon.com.
Actions: Stop using these icemakers and contact Far Success Trading 1-855-992-2888 or via email at [email protected] dot receive a replacement ice maker.
