Amazon' Employees Not Pleased With New Pivot Program

Amazon launched a program in 2017 called Pivot that helps underperforming employees. But employees don’t seem very happy with the program saying the hearing process is not fair. According to Business Insider, Amazon created this program after receiving various complaints. The company was being told that they were not handling their growing workforce responsibly. Amazon has said that it is “pleased with the support it offers our employees.”
