'Amazon driver recklessly throws parcel containing fragile items on porch '

'Looks like someone was in a hurry, or just forgot how to do their duty the right way.

Filmed on Courtney Kume's doorbell camera, this video shows an Amazon delivery driver carelessly tossing the parcel on the porch and taking a picture of it before leaving the scene.

"The box contained fragile birthday presents for my 10-year-old son," Courtney said. "I contacted Amazon and was told they’d discipline the person and replace my items if they were damaged. I received no help at all! Plus, my request to be included in any correspondence about the case was denied."
