Jordan, from Harwich, UK, heard a heavy thump when walking downstairs to grab the 10kg of cat food she was expecting.
But when she opened her front door, cat food had spilt everywhere.
She followed this up with Amazon customer support, which ultimately refunded the full £26 that the dry cat food cost.
