Amarnath Cloudburst: A tragedy that will hurt!

Cloudburst near the holy Amarnath cave: So far 16 devotees reported to have died in this disaster. The death toll is feared to increase. According to the information, the NDRF had started the rescue operation immediately, due to which many people have also been saved. The rescue operation is still on. After the cloudburst, there was a flash flood, which entered the tent city. The issue is that why is often the news of cloudburst only in the mountainous areas?
