For God is with me everyday
I go on to pray
Lord help get through this day
For I would love to stay

For I know there will be trouble
Although I do not slump
For when I stumble
I will get right back up

Although I might cry
I do not just sit and lie
For the time that’s past
My memories of you will last

For God was with me today
Here with my knees on the floor
I have shut the door
For l have put my head down to pray

Thank you God for being with me today
I would like to say
For I love you but not only for today
Tomorrow I will say the same

Missing you is hard to say
For I with you would say the same
For on this day
I do not feel the same

For you are gone
I wish I’d said goodbye
For it has not donned on me why

For I sit and stair
At the white walls ahead
For I don’t dare
Not pray before I go to bed

But I still thank God for being with me today
For you are there
I know you’ll say
Don’t cry for me my little panda bear
