Am I Bipolar, or Is that Mind ?

Some may not think those two go together very well. Well, guess what? You guessed it! That’s the mind. The mind is part of and a function of the separateness. That’s its realm, and it does very well at that, sure. Remember, though, to always be in heart when you listen or read, here. That will help... a lot. Your heart is your center, and within it are all separations, all seeming dualities not just merged into one, but seen in all their radiant glory, individually and taken together as the radiant whole. Remember, without the darkness you would not even be able to see the light. A world of only light would not be seen. So, if you’ve feared to explore the dark side, before, let me be your tour guide. I call you all into heart before we venture there. It’s not far away, though, and that’s the challenge. We all carry both a dark side and a light side around with us. Every coin has two sides, does it not? What does a coin with one side look like? That’s what you look like without your dark side. The tough part, I admit, it pulling away from mind, who wants to judge all of this, everything. As long as we remain within the mind realm we will not be able to cease this judging. It’s an unnatural thing, an impossible thing, really, for mind not to judge. That’s its function, don’t you see? It’s a duality meter. Nothing wrong with that, either. That’s why we have to let it go, to surrender our station within it, at least for a time. As long as we remain mind-bound, our vision is through mind goggles. It’s not clear. It’s colored, distorted by judgment, by mind’s way of being...
