Alyy Fabrizio - Rain

A glance out the window,
Into the darkened clouds,
that sit outside, above the sky.
How I wish to be outside,
With the fierce wind,
The damp air,
The approaching of the storm.
But chained I am,
To the feeling of loneliness,
The feeling of anger.
Of hate.
Locked inside, with nothing to do but wait.
and wait....
and wait.
I don't care anymore,
as i throw open the front door.
I run outside, and I feel the breeze.
It washes over me, it makes me feel free.
I feel a drop, as my hair blows in the wind.
I smile.
I will stay here for a while.
The drops come faster and faster, and soon I am soaked.
There is one thing I know.
I really love the rain.
