They say one in three girls
Will deal with this in their life
But why did I have to be one?
Why must I be in this hype?

What did I do wrong
To be a victim of rape
Not once, nor twice
But three times to date?

My virginity I wanted
But you took that from me
At fourteen I was still a child
But that, you didn't see

And then at fifteen
Again I had to suffer
But you were my cheer coach
You were supposed to make me tougher

Because of your selfishness
I needed a constant high
To forget about you
And the want to die

I got into drugs
Where again I was touched
By unwanted parts
All over my crotch

I woke up under you
I yelled for you to get off
But one hit and 'I'm not done yet'
Was the response that I got

For months I cried
For weeks I tried
To end my dreadful life
By committing suicide

Three years of my life
I'll never get back
Were ripped so suddenly
And threw me off track

I always thought it my fault
But now I finally see
I didn't make these guys
Rub, touch and feel on me

As much as I hate it
I will always be
A victim of rape
And that one in every three
