Top wine expert Tim Atkin MW presents this instalment of the WSET's "3 Minute Wine School" with an introduction to the wines of Alsace. Tim explains how the region's distinctive terroir and geography gives rise to one of the widest ranges of wines in France -- from aromatic Riesling to spicy Gewurztraminer, fruity Pinot Blanc and deliciously honeyed late harvest wines. Tim also talks through the single vineyard Grand Cru system and suggests some fabulous food pairings.
