Aloo Palak Traditional Style

Description
250 gm potatoes
1 onion chopped
2 bunches spinach
1 tomato chopped
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp garlic chopped
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp green chilli chopped
1/2 tbsp chole masala
2 tbsp oil
Chaat masala
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Fry the potatoes.
Add the onions and tomatoes to the pan and stir fry them.
Add the ginger, garlic, chopped green chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
Add the spinach and salt.
Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Blend it a grinder.
Put the spinach into the pan and add the potatoes and chole masala.
Mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the dish with chaat masala.
