Broken inside
You sat and you cried
Thinking it was all your fault
Betrayed by who you thought was a responsible adult
Blinded not knowing
Your weakness was finally showing
Your nightmare was unescapable
Yet you knew you were capable
To end your own misery
To set your broken soul free
Yet you didn't and your here today
Your here speaking the words I say
Because you and me we are one in the same
Sure we might not be completely sane
But we are survivors
No more contradictory
Now its just you and me.....
