Alleged 'drunk driver' crashes lorry into 17 vehicles
Description
The video, captured on CCTV cameras in Shanghai on Monday, shows the truck smashing into cars in a residential area.
The driver was initially stopped by security, but then he rushed off again causing more damage.
He was later arrested by police.
