Alien: Earth footage reveals the first look at Timothy Olyphant's mystery character and a Xenomorph attack in the prequel series coming to FX on Hulu. Created by Noah Hawley, known for FX's Fargo, the upcoming Alien series is set two years before the original film and follows a group of soldiers who come face-to-face with a Xenomorph after a spacecraft crash-lands on Earth. Other than Olyphant, Alien: Earth's cast also includes Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, Essie Davis, Adarsh Gourav, Kit Young, and more.

During the 97th Academy Awards on Sunday night, FX Networks aired a commercial featuring new footage from Alien: Earth and other series coming soon to Hulu. Accompanied by voiceover saying, "When the monsters come, all you can do -- is scream," the footage features the first look at Timothy Olyphant's mystery character and a Xenomorph attacking an unknown character.
