Alexis Milton - Sacrifice

its okay cause there will come a better day
have nothing else or dont really know what to say
timing is always wrong in my life
i make sacrifices and give in to quick i guess
but i am who i am and no one will change me
i look out for u and ur heart not just me
i put in work and struggled so long but time is gone
i try my best god and i still i ask why
why must i keep induring certain pain in my heart
i lose out on everything i believe in and my hope is no more
faith i shall keep but for how long will i sing a sad love song
thought i couldn't be without him or do nothing at all
but maybe its jus in my head
doubtful in my heart but things should not be so farce
i cant concetrate now and my life is slowly fading
i thought i was so great why cant i make them see that i am
understanding me is difficult when i dont want to feel like such a dissappointment to many
but i feel like its me alone stressing in spirit and i am lost
im a little girl at heart when these situations depart
life can disappear within a flash but forever will my soul last
