How can i forget that someone,
Who looked deep into me with no words,
Who's lips did not move, chest did not breath
Yet told me 'I love you' without a squeak.

His eyes were the message,
His eyes told me everything.
But was is it really what i had thought to be?
Was it really 'I love you' i was meant to see?

Was it just a friendy gesture?
Just a friendly look,
That took me by surprise
Giving me a thumping heart,
Thumping for an illusioned love.
