That girl in the mirror, who only I can see,
That girl in the mirror, who is she to me?
That girl in the mirror, with golden locks and silver chains,
That girl in the mirror, is she a prisoner full of hate?
That girl in the mirror, with amber eyes,
They're a trap laid for fools, deep vasts of cruelness, waiting to close in on you.
That girl in the mirror, she's just a porcelain doll,
Someone who's only known for their beauty, not for their charm,
Not for their knowledge, no, not for their wit.
Although they have plenty more of those than a bit.
But she's still just
Something to be looked at,
Never spoken directly to,
Just another object to everyone except for someone who can see the truth.
That girl in the mirror, that is me.
That girl in the mirror, who's only wish is to be...
