Astronomers, Scientists, Dictators and
Philosophers all have lived and died,
from beginning to the end sustaining
discovery, invading recovery.

We have starved this planet,
obliterated and impoverished
society, destroying mankind
and all earth's history.

Our Sons and Daughters
no longer trust us.
Our great pioneers reversing
roles of self destruction.

Our restless race have split
the blood, stopping the
heartbeat of mankind
conquered by greed.

We have gone to sleep
not knowing if we will
ever wake from these traumas
and tragic times.
Blow the bugle, it's
the last call, as I am
the last man standing.
