The cultural heritage of the people of the former princely state is rich and historic. This conference will explore how much of that heritage has been sustained, and will do so in the context of a follow-up debate on the European Parliament Resolution of 24 May 2007 "Kashmir: present situation and future prospects".
The conference will look to find ways forward to sustain and even develop this rich cultural heritage in the modern world. We will be publishing statements and papers from a wide variety of speakers.
