Rebels took control of parts of the city early this month. Now they are facing a government onslaught to drive them out.
More footage from Idlib province shows residents pulling a victim from the rubble of a collapsed building.
Rights groups say more than 160 Syrians, including 116 civilians, were killed across the country on Saturday.
