Aleksandra Lachut - Lost

Lost here with my depression...all alone,
no one is at home. I'm lost in my
depression. Your kind words and gentle thoughts.
I hear them, but they are so lost...lost
inside my depression. I have pushed everyone
away, wondering why do I have to stay here.
Lost in my depression, my mind races with
all these thoughts... thoughts of pain
thoughts of loss. I'm lost in my depression,
The therapy does not help. I sit and
roll my eyes. Do I really need your help.
What can you make me see, depression is
all there is to me. It has taken over
me. It consumes me...depression is me...
My depression is all I have she is all
I need.
