Oh but wait, during the Tea Party protests that took place in August near him in Florida, Rep. Alan Grayson had a different view on the rhetoric:

On Tea Party protesters who showed up at the town hall for Kathy Castor:
"To treat her with that level of disrespect really does not reflect badly on her, it reflects badly on the people who showed the disrespect for the democratic process by attacking her the way that they did"

"You don't treat people the way those people treated Kathy Castor, it's wrong"
