you still remember my name

you remember it well
and you recall its touch
you picture the memories
and only the good stuff
the happy days
and the baby blue hours
of imagination and dreams
our tender hearts
and the foolish crush


how strange...that
your picture now lies asleep
silent with my old stuff
in my pink box
yet my name is still awake
and you're willing to make it live
forever
you're willing to survive with it
but with a new love
a new born life
you know what...
I just can't believe you!
and yet I'll thank you
for once loving me so much
