Sitting.
Alone.
On this dark dark night.
Waiting.
Watching.
For this light that you hold.
Sitting alone in this dark night, waiting alone in this cold.
Waiting for the light to shine upon me.
That fabled light that you hold.
The glow that stories speak.
Which prophecy has foretold.

I’m cold in this loneliness.
I’m alone in this night. With nothing around me I fight.
Myself mine own worst enemy.
