Akbayan Partylist First Nominee Perci Cendaña on Monday submitted a letter to the en banc of the Commission of Elections (Comelec) urging the electoral body to expedite the resolution of the disqualification case it filed against Bongbong Marcos Jr. "fake presidential candidate."
