Rock-a-bye baby, in the treetop
When the wind blows, your cradle will rock
When the bough breaks, your cradle will fall
And down will come baby, cradle and all

Father is sleeping and mother's in bed
No one seems to care where lies your sweet head
Darkness is falling, the wind gathers strength
Your hear your lullabye as the coyotes sing

Nighttime has come and the storm is here
The murderous howling grows loud in your ear
Close your eyes tight, and death will come fast
Too bad your mommy's put you in the past
